Twelfth International Workshop on Instabilities and Nonequilibrium Structures

This 12th Session of the International Workshop on Instabilities and Nonequilibrium Structures has a very special character since it will be in honor of the 60 years of one of the great figures of the Physics of Complexity and of Systems out of equilibrium, Professor Pierre Coullet of the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis in France, co-discoverer of the first route to chaos, and author of many seminal papers in the area. Due to this we shall have in Chile the most important scientists who have contributed to the remarkable development of Nonlinear Physics in the last three decades, and also all the numerous disciples of Professor Coullet.
